Contact Center’s extranet is an individual, virtual contact zone assigned especially for our clients. In this area, we offer you functions facilitating information interchange and cooperation in implementing campaigns:

• online historic reports
• online recordings
• direct online access to consultants’ calls
• support of notices from the information line (CRM module connected to the system serviced by the information line consultants)
• other individual modules developed for servicing a specific task
